1. Definitions
The term “you” refers to the user of this application and related services.
VOICE GENIUS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY L.L.C (“Maghrebchat”), a company registered in Düsseldorf, Germany,
is the exclusive owner and operator of the Maghrebchat Service.
In this Terms of Use Agreement, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Maghrebchat
or any of its successors, affiliates, divisions, or assigns.
The term “Service” refers to your use of the Maghrebchat platform for any lawful purpose.
2. Overview
This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions
governing your use of the Maghrebchat application and related services.
By completing the registration process, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We may update this Agreement periodically, and any material changes will be communicated
to you by email or through a notice within the application.
If you do not agree with any updates, you may terminate your account before such changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
3. User Agreement
This Agreement represents a binding legal contract between you and Maghrebchat.
To remain an authorized user of the Service, you must comply with all terms
and conditions set forth herein.
4. Right of Use
Maghrebchat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license
to use the Service solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the Service
at any time without notice or liability.
5. Conduct Rules
You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with the following rules of conduct:
- You will keep all information obtained through the Service confidential and will not disclose it without consent.
- You will not use the Service for harassment, abuse, defamation, discrimination, or to share offensive, pornographic, or illegal material.
- You will not violate the privacy, property, or intellectual property rights of others.
- You will not post, upload, or share any material that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.
- You will not use the Service for advertising, solicitation, or fundraising.
- You will not upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful content.
- You will not publish or distribute contact details (email, phone, address) publicly.
- You will not use bots, crawlers, or automated tools—including AI systems—for data scraping or collection.
- You will not access the Service via any third-party software or application not provided or approved by Maghrebchat.
6. Content Removal
Maghrebchat reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, remove, or edit any content
that violates these Conduct Rules or applicable law.
Where feasible, users will be notified if their content is removed and provided with the reason for such removal.
7. Termination of Access
Maghrebchat may suspend or terminate your account, in whole or in part,
at any time and without prior notice, for any reason including violation of this Agreement.

8. Private Information and Security
All information and materials contained within the Service are the property of Maghrebchat
or its users and may be protected by copyright or other laws.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
The collection and use of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy,
available on our official website.
9. Member Interactions
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members.
Maghrebchat does not perform criminal background checks on users
and makes no representations or warranties regarding member behavior or compatibility.
You are encouraged to take appropriate precautions, especially when meeting other users in person.
Maghrebchat is not liable for any damages or harm resulting from user interactions.
10. External Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources.
Maghrebchat is not responsible for and does not endorse the content,
products, or services available on such external sites.
11. Payments and Authorization
By maintaining a paid membership, you authorize Maghrebchat to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
All payments are final unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds and cancellations shall be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe any material distributed by Maghrebchat infringes your copyright,
please submit a written notice including: a signature of the copyright owner
or authorized agent, a description of the infringing material, its location,
and your contact details. Notices can be sent to

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Maghrebchat does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Nothing in this Agreement affects your statutory consumer rights.
In no event shall Maghrebchat’s total liability exceed €100 or its equivalent in local currency.
14. Indemnification and Governing Law
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maghrebchat, its officers, directors, employees,
and partners from any claims or liabilities arising from your breach of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Düsseldorf, Germany.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
